Product Description

The high-frequency forklift battery charger is an intelligent device designed to efficiently charge various types of batteries during their cycle of use. The industrial charger utilizes high-frequency switch power supply technology and a modular installation consisting of a PFC unit, power conversion unit, monitor unit, display unit, communication protection unit, and charging connection parts. The charging process is fully automated, allowing for intelligent charging management of different battery types. Industrial Battery Charger offers a range of forklift battery chargers with models ranging from 1.8kw to 24kw, including 24V/36V/48/60/72/96/153.6V, 50A/100A/150A/200A/250A options. The forklift charging station can be used for both lead acid and lithium forklift batteries, and there is also a quick charging solution available for forklift battery packs.

Power Module: Fully owned and in-house developed

"Phase-Shifting Full-Bridge Converter" technology, if compared with "LLC Resonant Converter" technology commonly applied in the current market, is more reliable for low-voltage and high current power supply.

Our module has with " AC current limit" , to minimize the AC shock to charger, due to the unstable grid supply in many countries.

Power module is with " Aluminum Radiator Unit" at the bottom of PCB board , which can better withstand heavy-duty operation, even with vibration.
